How to prepare your slides or photos for scanning


Please label all slide or photo groupings (ex: 1956-1958). Each "group" will become a unique chapter on your dvd slide show, you will be able to fast-forward to each chapter or select it from the scene selection menu. "Group" titles are limited to 32 characters (spaces count).

Please send your 35mm slides in the order that you wish to see them in the slide show, have all of the slides facing the same way. Slides in carousels are accepted. Please label each pack/carousel/sleeve/box with the order in which you would like them scanned. If you do not specify all scans will be randomly placed in the slide show. Stacks of slides are easily secured with two rubber bands (cross-wise), place label and scan order number under rubber bands. We will rearrange and count your slides for you, if you prefer, for an additional fee for our time.

Mailing Information: Please mail your slides with a shipper that uses a tracking number or delivery confirmation – all packages will be returned via US Postal Services with a delivery confirmation.
