Introduction title with birth date and home town

Additional DVD copies are available for $15 each. Your memorial video will be archived for 6 months from your order date.
Home video footage may be added (VHS, SVHS, or mini DV); up to 5 additional minutes for $20.
Suggestions that may help when gathering pictures for a memorial DVD:
Keep photographs/slides in chronological order beginning at infancy or choose a random style where photos do not need to be prearranged. Add date or year to media; record names and captions for any or all of the photographs in pencil on back of photographs or number photographs and provide captions on a separate sheet of paper. All media will be returned with completed DVD(s) - on-line file transfer or rush postal delivery available.
